In addition to being a long-standing member of elements for women’s All-Star Fitness Advisory Board, Michelle is also Chief Science Officer and Master Instructor of Kettlebell Concepts, a leading fitness education company that has trained over 2500 kettlebell professionals. A professional dancer trained at the world-renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Center in NYC, Michelle specializes in performance enhancement and injury prevention for dancers. Michelle has coached ballet principals from the New York City Ballet and the Miami City Ballet, and acts as the Miami City Ballet’s strength and conditioning coach.
She continues to work with an A-list of clientele on South Beach, including top-level athletes, Olympians, actress Liv Tyler, American Idol Reuben Stoddard and Victoria's Secret supermodel Karolina Kurkova.
