elements™ is a premium fitness and living brand for women. The company offers membership based fitness and weight loss services throughout a network of upscale, boutique style health clubs. elements for women™ differs from other health club providers in its “balanced lifestyle” approach to a healthy lifestyle, which includes the following components: body, beauty, and mind.

The company maintains proprietary design and brand trademarks, as well as proprietary operating, marketing, and software systems. These proprietary systems are available under a geography-based license agreement to qualified investors. The company also owns and operates fitness facilities throughout the United States under the name “elements diet and fitness.” In addition, the company maintains several important digital platforms, including an online “web club” (www.joinelements.com), full-scale online monthly magazine, elements living  (www.elementsliving.tv), online consumer guides, central owners intranet, and digital club support platforms. elements for women™ was founded in 2004 and maintains its corporate offices in Miami’s über-chic South Beach.

Understanding that each individual has unique fitness and lifestyle goals, elements for women is a niche player in the 35-65 year old female marketplace. The brand is a mid to upper market cap leader, and seeks to be a one-stop location for health, fitness, and lifestyle needs. The elements™ brand seeks to create communities based on the philosophies of empowerment, healthy living, and vitality.

elements clubs offer multiple fitness and lifestyle offerings under one roof, including “smartcard workouts”, circuit training, cardiovascular training, lifestyle coaching, yoga, pilates, relaxation, and more. In addition, the company sells personally tailored diet and nutrition plans to its clients following an “accountability based” program with a personal diet coach. Clients meet with their diet coach on a routine basis to receive a custom-tailored program to their needs, discuss changes and monitor progress. elements™ members enjoy a high rate of success because the customized diet is combined with a proven exercise program.

All elements diet and fitness™ health clubs use the same proprietary operating software, as well as our proprietary intranet-based training and diet modules to ensure uniformity and consistency with our offerings nationwide. All member information is kept strictly confidential. elements for women™ does not sponsor its own line of food, and nutrition supplements are currently an optional part of our programs. A proprietary line of nutrition products and supplements is currently being researched as part of a more robust diet line offering, a new revenue center for the company.

elements™ is uniquely positioned as a media brand within the fitness and leisure industry. We view our clubs as the personal connection between the member and brand, but also feature many “touch points” including retail lines, developing product and related “live” personalities. Our lifestyle team (Fitness Advisory Board) is a well rounded group of experts working directly in the consumer fields of diet, fitness and lifestyle. This group includes acclaimed fitness instructors and published authors. Our consumer group helps to direct the programming, class style and activities within the clubs.
